“I was skeptical at first, and doubted that a story time podcast could put me- a life long insomniac who struggles with a very severe anxiety & panic disorder due to CPTSD & autoimmune disease that affects and increases all of the above- into a state of peaceful relaxation & eventually sleep!!! This is a very very effective way for me to wind down and drift off into dream land.
There’s clearly a formula or a type of technique that the narrator uses that i can’t quite explain but I just know that it works.
Thank you so much for making this helpful and useful podcast. Please keep up the great work, you’re helping sooo many people with something SO very important. Can’t thank you enough and can’t emphasize enough how well done this podcast is. Definitely worth trying if you’re wanting to fall asleep quicker, or into a more peaceful state before & during sleep.
