“So little story time with me… I’m 13 and I’m a 3 time cancer survivor. From the ages of 15 months-6 years old I had a rare form of kidney cancer 3 times which ended up making my childhood all about the hospital and cancer. I had radiation, chemotherapy, 9 surgeries, and now live with less than one kidney (about 75%). This show really brings me back to those days and nights i spent in the hospital with all the other little kids who could relate to me, i wish i would’ve had a show like this when i was little to help me through everything but it’s amazing that kids now can have that. Sure it’s not totally accurate to how things go in the hospital but still great to have representation of the struggles kids can face going through this stuff and add a fun twist to show it’s not all that bad! Definitely one of my favorite GZM shows so far (i’ve listened since the beginning) and i can’t wait for more episodes!! 🫶🎗️ OakTreeMoon P.S. if you’re struggling through cancer or any chronic illness just know you’re not alone and there are other people who know what it’s like, i believe in you and i’m sure people in your life do too! feel free to write about it and hopefully i’ll see! 🎗️🩷”
