Description
“There is poetry in how you treat yourself.” - Alyson Stoner I'm really pumped to share today's episode with Alyson Stoner. You have probably already heard of Alyson, a former actor, singer, and dancer. She has been working in the Hollywood entertainment world for over 20 years — since she was a kid! She’s performed with Missy Elliot, Outkast, and Ludacris, and she regularly works with Disney Channel. Now she is producing, writing, and directing, and is one of the founders of Movement Genius where she teaches people how to heal themselves through movement. She is also a vocal advocate for mental health and I love that she is on track to become the best version of herself. In this episode, Alyson and I talk about what it was like growing up in an adult world, how she learned to connect with people who shared similar interests, and how to use movement to get to know ourselves.
