Who could’ve predicted that audio engineers would make a podcast that sounds great?
But all joking aside, I don’t know if I’ve ever heard a better-produced first episode of a podcast. These guys have done excellent work with the mixing and soundscape of every story. On top of that, the hosts do a great job asking just enough questions to guide the storytellers. And can I personally thank them for keeping episode lengths reasonable? This show is the middle of the Venn Diagram between NPR’s “Snap Judgment” and Comedy Central’s “This is Not Happening”. It’s good stuff.

Holy crap, I love this podcast. Have only listened to the first 3 episodes (that are out thus far) but I am totally hooked. I need to hear Part 2 of the “Missing in Mexico” episode NOW because that cliffhanger killed me. Release it, dammit, RELEASE IT!
