The Woman Who Ate Herself Out Of Heartbreak
Listen now
Description
Nobody plans to be divorced before they turn 30. But that’s exactly where Charlotte Ree found herself after the breakdown of the relationship that had consumed her whole adult life. Charlotte moved out and into an apartment by herself, and 24 hours later the country went into lockdown. She threw herself into her other love, food, and started baking and cooking for neighbours, friends and even first dates. However it’s her story of falling in love with herself which is truly extraordinary. This is Charlotte Ree’s story. THE END BITS: With thanks to Charlotte Ree. Order her book Heartbake here.
