“There seems to be this bias on this podcast towards featuring women who have degrees from Ivy League colleges or similar prestigious colleges. You have even called your podcast about Elizabeth Holmes, ‘The Dropout’ as if to imply that her dropping out of Stanford is this defining moment in her life. I think what is decidedly more significant is that she is a fraud and played with people’s lives to boost her own self worth. ‘The Egotist’ would have a much better title. In addition, from the podcasts I have listened to, there also appears to be a bias towards featuring white privileged women who can afford to attend these aforementioned universities. It’s like listening to a podcast of the rich gets richer. It seems like the same group of women are interviewed all the time and perhaps if you dig deeper, you would find a more diverse set of women to interview and you would reach a wider audience. Isn’t America supposed to be the place where dreams are made or does this only apply to college graduates?”
