“I got into the jams about a year ago and my life has been changed. Went to over 30 shows in 2022, and it has brought me experiences and people I never could have imagined. With all the love and joy from the jams, I have been struggling with finding balance in my day to day life. I am 20 years old, moved to Colorado (from New Hampshire) last year for school, dropped out of school and am just trying to find my way. I struggle greatly with my mental health, and found this podcast around the New Year. Every episode I turn on makes me want to cry, it is as though the universe knew exactly what I needed to hear, and channeled that message through some of my favorite musicians and your podcast. This road is so far from simple, and your discussions have helped me stay grounded and keep working on myself the past weeks. I look forward to being a seasoned listener and meeting y’all one day ❤️🔥
