Supportive and helpful content
The advice and content in this podcast genuinely helpful for people who experience disordered eating. I think it’s important that people who are recovering from eating disorders or an unhealthy relationship with food, exercise or weight seek personalised support from medical practitioners but from someone who does seek this support, I can say a lot of this content and the suggestions offered in the podcast match the evidence based used by psychologists and dieticians who support people recovering from eating disorders. It’s the perfect complement.

Lyndi has helped me understand so much about my unhealthy relationship with food. She has helped me break many of the “food rules” I’ve lived with for over 20 years. Toxic diet culture is so prevalent and we need more voices like lyndi’s to help people heal their relationships with food. ❤️
