I started listening to Noisy By Nature because I love Off The Beaten Track, but I’m so disappointed with you speaking as though though you’re talking to dim-witted individuals - using a baby-ish voice, rather than the more natural way of speaking you use in ORBT.
As a former primary teacher, I can say from very direct observation that children are equally engaged (or even more so) when adults speak to them using their normal speaking voice.
The content and language might need minor tweaking to be suitable for smaller ears, but that’s about it. (I remember my daughter’s first encounter with a primary school teacher who used a baby-ish tone when speaking to her but her normal voice when speaking to me - the look said it all. My daughter clearly thought there was some sort of scam going on!)”
