“2 months ago I started listening to this podcast and also picked up the book Kellie recommends by Claire Weekes, Hope and Help for Your Nerves. I’ve struggled with anxiety for 11 years and I am finally feeling hopeful and seeing some changes in my thoughts and my sensitization.
I think I have benefited from this podcast because Kellie and Erica help to normalize anxiety and demystify the symptoms and fears that are attached to it. The research they showcase is extremely helpful and enlightening. Also, listening to like minded people who have also struggled is encouraging. They get it, so they are trustworthy in my eyes.
I’ve recommended this podcast to my friends who are dealing with anxiety with much hope that it will help them too.
