The friend everyone needs
Listening to Jake and his guests feels like a conversation with friends who are funny, emotionally intelligent, trauma informed, and relatable. This podcast has quickly become one of my favorites. Jake’s conversational style is so comfortable and easy, he truly is like the friend everyone needs and models what we should all look for in our support system. He’s also a vocal ally to women and has served as a victim advocate for sexual assault survivors, which allows him to navigate heavier topics in an emotionally safe and supportive way. Keep up the good work!!

You can tell he is getting more comfortable with the format. Being a female exmormon I am interested in Jake’s experiences. I loved him on Not So Molly Mormon podcast. I live where he did in Idaho and I do know the weird culture. Give this a chance!

Jake is so authentic, eloquent and funny at the same time. He gives so much support to the ex-Mormon community that is greatly needed! Definitely recommend!

Jake does a great job choosing topics that vary and hold my interest and also provide perspectives I would have never been able to hear before. I also really appreciate how honest and vulnerable he and his guests are, especially with some of the heavier topics that come up in episodes.
