Mani-Pedis not just for woman
First, love the show. Longtime listener. Thank you all so much. In a recent can’t-let-it-go, a discussion about manicures began with reference to the fact that only women we’re in the pod that day. However, mani-pedis are not just for women. My wife used to frequently tell me that she was going to get a pedicure with friends. I always just thought that they were getting their toenails done. However, one day I discovered that it also included a foot and calf massage and exfoliation all while sitting on a massage chair getting your back and shoulders massages! Hold the phone, I said, and went in for my first pedicure! There are, in fact, many men who enjoy this ritual, and even more in other countries where is it quite normal for men to have their toe and finger nails done. In an age where more men are beginning to recognize that things like skincare, hair grooming, and nail care are for all people with skin, hair, and nails..., I think it’s important that we acknowledge this so as to let even more men enjoy this freedom.

The conversation is simplistic and easy to fallow, but dumbed down and lacking big details. They make to attempts to mask their liberal bias, but that's not a huge issue however even moderate republicans like myself will be frustrated fairly frequently.Read full review »

Does not help to overcome widespread sophomoric pseudo-intellectualism in our political discourse. Feels like I'm with smart kids on caffeine prepping for their SAT in a bouncy house elated with knowing self-congratulatory chuckles and attempted irony. Feels great! Totally!Read full review »
