A magnitude 4.8 earthquake hit New Jersey Friday morning, with tremors felt from New England to Washington. It was the strongest quake in New Jersey in more than 240 years. No immediate injuries were reported. President Joe Biden has visited the site of the Baltimore bridge collapse to assess the damage. He pledged federal support and offered his condolences to the families. New York Attorney General Letitia James has questioned former President Donald Trump's $175-million bond. Her office said President Trump must offer proof that the surety company he used to post the bond, Knight Specialty Insurance Company, has sufficient assets to pay if his appeal fails. The Israel Defense Forces have released the findings of their investigation into an airstrike that killed seven international aid workers. The Israeli military has dismissed two officers from their positions and reprimanded three commanders over the incident.
