“I truly enjoy listening to Nutrition with Judy because I’ve learned many things that are not repeated on other wellness podcasts (e.g. importance of iodine and other minerals, importance of the right kind of testing, moderator vs. abstainer, and why everything in one’s life can’t be fixed just by changing your diet). Judy thoroughly prepares for her interviews and asks lots of high quality questions. Even when she interviews the same person making the podcast rounds selling his/her new book, I learn something different from NWJ. Also, she does not interrupt her guests like so many other interviewers habitually do. I also like Judy’s interaction with Laura on CATG. That podcast is much less formal and more fun with real-life anecdotes. If you are into health and wellness and healing, you should definitely try NWJ!”
