“I really enjoy the lectures in this course and the recitation as well! Starting with basic notions of Python it then gets much deeper into theory of programming. But still it's a nice start to knowing Python and using it to write programs, which can be practiced quite nicely even with an iPad.
And I like the way prof. Guttag does his job teaching in a nice and calm manner.”

“I had seen this on opencourseware website before the release of iTunes u, and it was great. They teach the basic concepts all programmers should know for any language. They teach in python, but the application of knowledge is for any program. Highly recommend.”
