Ticia Almazan is a 20-year-old writer and college student based in Manila, Philippines. She is a senior in Ateneo de Manila University studying Creative Writing. She has been an active freelance writer since she was 17, and has been published in Underdog, Lithium, and Preview.ph to name a few. She is the incumbent Company Manager of President of Ateneo Blue Repertory, the university’s premier musical theatre organization. In this episode, Ticia discussed about her journey as a freelance writer, what it’s like being a Creative Writing student, how she started her own blog, and how networks and finds for internships.
