“It's a fantastic podcast. The sound is rich, the narration is stripped back to just what's needed. You don't feel like Lavendar goes on too much - letting the ordinary people caught up in the justice system speak, so we hear their voices.
I had no idea how parts of the justice system works on the ground for people - specifically how bail worked - until I heard this podcast. It's really informative, and it does make you wonder how cities in America, like LA, can cope.
Great reporting on an important subject that rarely gets covered - can't wait for the rest.”
