“Full disclosure, I’m not a runner. I can run. I do run (mostly to get in shape for other activities). I’m a sub 7 min mile guy. I just never caught the running bug, but I’m only in my 60’s so maybe ahead I will be. Waiting for all the good runners my age to fad perhaps before I make my move. :)
I listened to this episode because Brendan makes me laugh. I’m so glad I did. Jen and Scott are just fantastic to listen to. They are so real and relatable.
The questions were a bit off topic and just fantastic.
You can’t listen to this and not want to know more about everyone on both ends of the mic. Just great.”
