“I LOVED this podcast, especially during the early days of the quarantine. I looked forward to it every week. Lately, though, I’ve had a really hard time getting through the last few episodes. I used to listen to it to relax and unwind, but the ramped up over-enthusiasm comes off as fake, sounds like yelling, and is really hard on the ears. It’s great to hear from the guests, what it was like behind-the-scenes, etc., but 80% of it is recapping the show (which we’ve all already seen) and making guesses about what’s in the background, why a character did this or that, or why this was written, rather than providing actual insight/answers. After listening to other podcasts, I think they’d be better served expanding their guest interviews to fill more of the episode and focusing more on the episode and the show, rather than the tangents. Leaving this review because I really want to like this podcast again.”
