“I’m brand new to soccer and MLS (yeah I’m one of those Ted Lasso people) and while I’m sure those who have been into MLS for a long time get something out of this podcast, it’s just not for beginners like me.
Referencing players and games from 10 years ago and name dropping coaches like we should know who they are. I get so lost that I tune out the whole episode.
Especially being at the start of the new season, with all the new fans joining, i wish he’d offer a little more context for what he’s saying.”
