Description
the meat of this podcast was recorded in february 2021 as my husband & I sat down and reflected on our birth story [our son zeke was born december 2020] - it was fresh, it was tender, it was so nurturing to share it with you all. we also addressed some big questions from my online community around homebirth & the intricacies of how our birth unfolded. it being february 2022 now - a whole year later from when that was recorded - I added a fresh intro to the conversation and some things that are on my heart as I listened to it again [including why revisiting our birth stories often is SO healing]... I'll be recording a "what I'll do differently next time with what I know now" episode soon! so let me know what questions you have over on instagram @oliviaseline_ - I'll expand on those in future episodes. thank you for being here and for witnessing me in another layer of integration as I revisit this specific rite of passage into motherhood. if you're craving the medicine of sharing your birth story(ies) with someone - please book a session! it would be my honor to hold space for your processing & integration. xo   for more on this topic, and a deeper connection beyond the pod -- follow me on Instagram: @oliviaseline_ // learn more about my current offerings at www.thewombden.com // and join the next virtual women's circle here: https://www.thewombden.com/work-with-me/monthly-circles
