S4E15: Why I Openly Talk About My Mental Health Journey
Listen now
Description
My own mental health journey is a work in progress, but I'd like to think I've come a long way from when I first realized that I couldn't do this all on my own. In this episode, my friend Cesca Litton-Kalaw returns to the podcast to talk about creating safe spaces for people to talk about their mental health, as well as the steps we can take to get the help we need. Season 4 was always meant to end with this conversation, and I hope that this can help you as much as our little safe space when we were in the booth tremendously helped me in my own time of need.
