Super interesting
So this podcast likely appeals only to a very specific type of nerd, but if you’re in that demographic then it’s an endlessly engaging dive into computer history (and present). It features a range of guests who you may or may not have heard of before, but whose work has certainly already touched your life in some way. Every guest on the podcast so far has been incredibly insightful and interesting in their own way, and the podcast benefits hugely from a very hands-off approach to editing. These are long and in-depth conversations with some of the best minds in computing, without being trimmed to meet an arbitrary time target, and with all the interesting juicy bits left in. It took me 3 days to get through the 3 hour episode with Jonathan Blow, and it was worth every minute.

Don’t let the three-stars get you down! And Jess has heard of everything. Let her say what she hasn’t....Read full review »
