Thinking person’s radio
I discovered ROS five years back and have been a listener ever since. A stellar line-up of guests meets an erudite, probing and engaging host in Chris Lydon. The result is a most stimulating series of conversations on subjects ranging form literature, politics, war, peace, history, philosophy, psychology to music. ROS is more than a radio show: it’s an education. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

More reviews of Open Source with Christopher Lydon
Very informative and varied with a wide debate spectrum. though I must admit I keep wishing for a return to the days of debate and dialogue prior to its present (Autumn, 2009) poetry-centric attitude. But still, worth subscribing to. I appreciate the content, regardless of form.

I normally have to go to the BBC or Al Jazeera to find global affairs coverage that is this insightful and in-depth. Chris lydon is great at spelling out crisis and conflict in human terms with his recurrent candor that’s a pleasure to hear. Bravo!
