Some good Some not
I’ve listened to some episodes I thought were helpful, but as someone who knows the dangers and addictiveness of sugar I was shocked to hear one of the guests recently talk about using Pedialyte to replace electrolytes. That would be akin to drinking Gatorade. So much sugar. There are tons of electrolyte formulas that do not contain sugar and other junk ingredients. People need to be responsible for their health and read the ingredients on every single item they put into their body. Just because the label says natural or even organic does not mean it contains healthy ingredients. Beware of consuming sugar and flour and processed foods. Look at the levels of obesity in our society. And the number of health issues. It’s primarily due to the food we are consuming. Be a wise consumer and eat whole, nourishing foods. Blessings on your journey!!
