Never heard of this before. Like in ask President Bill Clinton, when he will be in ANP and he says it depends what you mean is is. Now for another example is like your language you use in the government. Quite confusing and that you really look at what they’re really saying and read between the lines. For another example, look at FinePrint the privacy laws like on Facebook. None of us read it because we don’t understand it.
