“Love this pod and it’s blend of personalities and perspectives. Dan acts as the perfect point guard, distributing and sharing the topics, adding flavor without dominating the conversation. Ellis’ acute analysis gives us a taste of the way that modern coaches/gm’s must look at both the game and the roster. Doug is the most like us...passionate, outspoken, not afraid to be wrong and willing to admit when he might be off base, but on target more often than not. Mary Kay provides the insight built from a vast network of contacts, connections, and bolstered by her raw (and sometimes brutal) honesty. We don’t always like what we have to hear...but we need to hear it.
