This podcast is just what every WOC needs as they go through this STEM journey... and beyond. Dr. E informs us about the amazing work that other women of color are doing as well as sharing their stories of how they got there. It is so important to write our own stories and having access to so many other powerful women’s stories helps keep us motivated and inspired to keep pushing—knowing that others have gone through similar, but unique circumstances and persevered nevertheless. These episodes are also very informative with science to back it up! Thank you for creating this Space Dr. E.
