Lloyd Hardman is a Chicago police officer that has found a love for trail running and connected with the trail running community. Lloyd finished Kettle Moraine 38 mile Fun Run. We chats about how trail running has helped him come out of his shell, how he manages training with a stressful work schedule, and much more. Lloyd started his running with Black Chicago Runners and is also very involved in the Ornery Mule Racing trail running community.
