No matter how hard we try all of us will have times when we are forced to say no. This last week due to a medical issue Ayelet had to say no to work. As a result she felt anxiety and had negative thoughts. She discuses how to overcome this and change our thoughts and feelings as we habituate to a new routine. Learning how to set boundaries for yourself will positively benefit your life. Staying in control and realizing you can do it will help your mind to accept new situations.
