On Halloween, 1973, 9 Year Old Lisa French began trick or treating on her way to a community event. She was alone, so to be safe, she was only knocking on the doors of people that she was familiar with... a classmate, a school teacher, and Gerald Turner, who her family previously shared opposite sides of a duplex with. These are the three doors she knocked on... the third one, of Gerald Turner, was the last door she ever knocked on... What Gerald Turner does to Lisa French is beyond comprehension and as a result of his atrocities, rules and regulations have been set up by the State of Wisconsin to create a safer trick or treating environment for its residents, even to this day.
