Justin Melnick is a police officer and former combat photographer who served in Afghanistan, best known for playing Brock Reynolds on CBS' "SEAL Team". He is also the handler of Pepper, a Belgian Malinois, who appears as the K9 dog on the series and joins in studio today, and real-life owner of now-retired Dita, Pepper’s sister, who appeared as Cerebus on the show.
