TL;DR - Just listen to Pod Save the World
Initially fairly interesting with some thoughtful discussion by two educated women. Lately, however, they use the term “nuance” to justify whatever they want to say rather than provide critical commentary. There is an overwhelming amount of Christianity on the podcast which some might like - I find it alienating and often not helpful (at times, it does provides context for their thoughts). Minimal effort to step outside of their upper class, white women perspective. In the past I’ve liked the “5 things you should know about [insert topic]” episodes but they haven’t done one of those in a while. If you’re looking for critical appraisal of policy/geopolitical issues/elections/etc consider Pod Save The World/America. I keep listening hoping they’ll turn it around but ready to throw in the towel. Skip this one.

I enjoyed this intelligent, balanced political commentary. In my experience, Kentuckians culturally shy away from political discussions. Thank you for filling a void!
