To each their own, as they say
I thought I would like this podcast (it was suggested to me), but after hearing a recent episode where one of the hosts was dripping with disdain toward people who follow true crime (but doing that disingenuous thing where you say, hey to each their own, but saying it with such disgust), I realized these ladies are too judgmental for me. In the same episode, one of the hosts went on for awhile about all the great choices she’s been making to help with our current supply chain issues we are facing and it eventually started to feel really self-congratulatory— not in a hurray I’m so glad type of way but in a I’m doing a fantastic job, you should be doing things as well as I do them kind of way. I think with podcasts, we tend to like to listen to people we would want to be friends with in real life. That just wasn’t the case here.

Well informed and fair political discussion. No fighting. They respect each others opinions which is easy to listen to. Doesn't frustrate me while I listen at work.Read full review »

I love that even though they have opposing political views, they are able to have a polite and respectful conversation over a wide range of current political topics.
