“Phelps’ delivery is overly dramatic and sensationalistic. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised; I’ve seen him on true crime shows and he was the same way. He has only 2 modes- outrageously shocked by details of the case, and tough guy talk about the perpetrator. It gets boring.”
