Description
In the new episode of ‘Across the Pond’ we – Povilas from Chicago, USA,  and Vytautas from Vilnius, Lithuania, join across the Atlantic to  discuss global and American political life. On the eve of US midterm  elections it is our obvious topic to discuss. What are midterm  elections? What are the key issues for the Americans this year?  Why  those and where do the parties stand on those issues? Who are the  favourites to win House and the Senate? Are there again fears of stolen  election among either camp of voters? Finally, how important are these  elections, if not just as much as any other? All of that and some more  will be discussed in this episode.
