On point for people of ALL shades!
We’re people of color living in Texas. We are legal immigrants. We’ve heard Pastor Ben and his wife minister here in Houston often when he visited as the Texas A&M youth pastor. We’ve since fellowshiped at a loving church closer to where we live that is predominantly non BIPOC or as l like to say, non BLIPOC (black, Latino, indigenous people of color). Since the pandemic shut us down we’ve notice that the Sunday services haven’t changed to address what’s going on in our country. There were weeks where if I had just migrated here I’d never know there was racial tension from attending online services. This drove us nuts. How can one say, “be well”, “have a blessed week” and not tie the message (in a sentence of two at least) to how to navigate as one in God’s love these days? So we sought out Pastor Ben (and we still listen to Texas A&M’s pastor from time to time) all the way from Houston Texas. Ben Stuart is our current spiritual leader as we we seek God with regards to a permanent church home. He teaches how to be like ‘Jesus with skin on’. Ever heard that saying? May the a lord bless and keep ministries like these.

I love this podcast!! It’s always on point, and challenging for me. He’s relatable, cares about his people, and funny. It’s not a watery message to make us “feel good” but solid truths to help us grow closer to God. Thanks Pastor Ben!

Pastors Ben Stuart and Louie Giglio are so encouraging and truly pay attention to the times we’re living in. They speak to what people may need in our current day and age. I’ve especially found comfort in these messages in March 2020, when the entire world is struggling with the COVID-19...Read full review »
