After a recent burnout, I was researching self help to break my cycle of survival mode and return to my previous productive life. Finding Vesna’s Peak Performance Podcast was the push I’ve needed. Not only does Vesna resonate with me with her speedy delivery of simple tips, her podcast is also packed with information that supports easy steps to get started. Wow. I never new LOW cortisol could be the cause of my issues. I always thought my cortisol levels were just too high. This episode has literally exposed a whole new way of thinking for my morning routine 😍 no more fasting!!! Whoop whoop!!!
