If only love was always mutual. More often than not, we find ourselves (or the other person), being in the friend-zone, friends with benefits, the only one wanting to say I love you, or the only one who wants to get married and constantly waiting around for your partner to be ready...
How do we overcome our fear of getting hurt or rejected while allowing ourselves to be vulnerable? How can we admit what we really want in a romantic relationship? When do you keep doing what is “comfortable” vs. stepping out and asking for what you truly want because you’re really not that happy?
