A Great Frame for Personal Growth
I came to this podcast looking for identity during a personal existential crisis and wound up with a great tool box of practical steps to take and ways to think through how I’m approaching the world in order to just function better as a human. I can’t recommend them enough! I’ve thought I was a bunch of different types, and my questions about personal identity are still large, but it has helped dramatically anyway. Instead of a single answer it has helped me along on a journey I didn’t even know I was trying to take. AND as a Christian, I find them wonderfully open and respectful to people of many backgrounds and beliefs despite not being religious themselves, which I deeply appreciate. Show your friends! Explain to your Mom finally why she bugs you but with grace and relational productivity! Figure out why you keep procrastinating that one weird task! Buy the book. Read the articles. LISTEN TO EVERY EPISODE. Or at least the ones you find pertinent.
