Stunningly insightful podcast on both personality theory and personal development
Joel Mark Witt and Antonia Dodge are amongst the best spokespeople for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, combining a superb understanding and insight of the material with a visionary dedication to using typology as a means to optimise the human being. Their focus on the cognitive function element of the MBTI which is often neglected in favour of the dichotomic preferences is refreshing and their ability to apply their learnings to a wide range of contexts, particularly in the realm of wealth-generation. They also cover a range of other personality and developments models such as the Graves Model and the Enneagram and as usual, are able to contextualise their knowledge in a productive manner. Their ability to hold to neutrality on social matters is also impressive. As of this review, one of their recent podcasts began with a comment on the debate of gay marriage, and while lesser men may explicitly make their stance known, Witt and Dodge are savvy enough to realise that such proselytisation has no place on their podcast and stick firmly to the matter at hand. Overall, a very excellent podcast, and one I look forward to patronising.

Very insightful podcast. The content is intriguing overall. I give it a 4 because Antonia and Joel can ramble and the podcasts seem to be getting longer with less information that you can actually apply.

The Personality Hacker podcast is my go-to listening choice for driving, exercising,...Read full review »
