Maybe I caught a bad episode
The one I listened to was very judgemental and seemed to focus significantly on the blind spots and negative aspects. I am not an ENTJ but I know many people who are and if I was an ENTJ, I’d be pretty offended. It felt like one of the speakers had personal bias because of a family member and friend she knows who are both ENTJs. Each type certainly has Strank‘s and blind spots but focusing on the blind spots for more than half of the episode before talking about strengths was not a compelling format for me for any personality type.

This podcast is informative and helpful. It has taught me so much about my personality and those of the people around me, and it helps me in my interactions with other people every day. I absolutely love listening to them :)
