“I’ve loved this podcast since the first episode! Please keep making episodes. Looking forward!
Hitler’s idea of taking power was “to discredit traditional sources of factuality in favor of a myth of a supposedly innocent nation and its supposedly faultless leader, and to undermine the rule of law by willful violent actions carried out...” Although Trump and Hitler are dissimilar in many ways, the myth of faultlessness that both “leaders” pushed forward seem to be eerily similar. It a bit naive to say his actions today are not having a severe, detrimental impact on many American lives today. To comment on anything relevant is to be “political?” It is the reality we live in today. Of course we should talk about it. Life is political. To not be is to be willfully ignorant and complacent.
He is, thankfully, NOT a fascist king, so these conversations CAN happen. Let them.
Too many more insightful podcasts — keep em’ coming!”
