Often, the medical costs of rehabilitating an abused or neglected animal is prohibitive, leaving cash-strapped animal rescue agencies to make heartbreaking choices. New York socialite and fashion designer Tinsley Mortimer, who has been described as "one of the most photographed socialites in New York", is hoping some of her celebu-shine will spill over onto American Humane’s "Second Chance" fund.
