“I have listened to the empire podcast since it began and I can happily say that the Pilot TV podcast has the same easy charm and comedic touch, even with the change of hosts. Touching on the news of the week and debuting shows with both wit and knowledge and an engaging sense of humour.
While it’s still finding its feet with the formula and sometimes has a Fawlty Towers-esque approach to organisation this just adds to the pleasure of listening.
I would like to add that James Dyers sarcastic and pessimistic outlook of the world and the current TV environment is the perfect distraction for forgetting the chaos of the real world. Even if by his own admission he hasn’t actually seen any of this weeks shows.”
