PIM is core of future Marketing
Great work Thomas to gather so many different usages of Product Information Management. Many interesting examples from B2C, but I would hope to hear more about B2B applications, preferably industrial usages. And there was a short episode on “outside-in” data from a retailer, but it was far too fluffy, I would like to hear more examples where the product information is being improved based on customers’ activities. Like going from Web 1.0 to 2.0 decades ago.
