Tired of having to research her “facts”
The podcast is interesting and I enjoy her verse of the week. However, she often conflates science with pseudoscience. I find myself needing to research her “scientifically backed” information to see if it’s actually rooted in real science or just old-timey folks wisdom. I’m all in to hear about both, but I wish she were much more clear about what has been legitimately researched and what’s not. I suspect it’s not her intention to obfuscate, she just doesn’t actually know the difference.

I listen to a ton of podcasts. But the two I listen to religiously is you and Urban Farm. What a fantastic surprise to have both of my favorites together! ❤️ Thank you for all you do. Love love love each episode.

I am so excited to have discovered your podcast. It encompasses everything I’m trying to do (growing our own food, cooking from scratch, making own materials, being resourceful and budget friendly) and more. I have learned so much after binging on past episodes and can’t wait to hear more!

Great informational podcast. Melissa is easy to understand and I don’t feel bad for not knowing something. She gives great steps in how to start new projects. Melissa really shares herself. Lots of free additional how-to’s from her website. Great Podcast!
