It’s Harry Potter vs. Artemis Fowl! Josh Gad is the Hagrid of Artemis Fowl & Gilderoy Lockhart directed! Let’s talk about the connection & flash back to my secret Frozen Olaf interview with Josh Gad! Josh is SUPER nice and of course, really funny! Knowing that he’s a big Star Wars fan, we definitely had to get a question in there! There’s so much crossover with Harry Potter here. From Mulch Diggums looking curiously a lot like Hagrid to Gilderoy Lockhart, well, Kenneth Branagh, directing! This is undeniably Disney’s foray into a Harry Potter-type universe. Will it work? Well, early reviews aren’t looking great, but it’s certainly a strong book series with many fans.
