She is a global leader in the understanding and sourcing of packaging and here she goes directly to the actions required for all of us to make sure the packaging and waste, we are all responsible for creating, is moving towards a much more sustainable future. Using prime examples from Prana and IKEA Sarah helps us navigate from where we are now to what a sustainable future could look like. Sarah makes a very good case for why we should be more'plastic positive'. And furthermore, I challenge anyone to listen to the pod and not conjure up the smell of mushrooms...! As she says: "People are realising how much waste is being generated when they see a stack of packaging material and a stack of boxes sitting on their dining room table!"
