Best. Console. Ever.
I’m not much of a gamer, but I discovered Playdate by accident and I absolutely love the system. It blew my mind when I realized that the brains behind arguably some of the weirdest but insanely addictive and fun games out there, one of them being Untitled Goose Game, paired with the technological wizards at Teenage Engineering to create this modern, retro, innovative, wacky, one-of-a-kind, hilarious, ingenious, odd, and altogether awesome handheld console. The teams at Panic and Teenage Engineering, along with all of the game developers, worked together seamlessly to create one of the greatest handheld masterpieces of all time. I can’t wait for the product to finally be released to the masses (myself included), and to finally play on this technological wonder that is Play date. Huge thanks to everybody who helped make this product, from the factory worker to the crank designer to the lead software designer. You just created the best handheld console of all time.
